FREE shipping on orders over PKR 3000.

Under PKR 3000: PKR 200 flat rate.

Cash on Delivery (COD) available.

Major cities: 2-3 working days.

Other areas: 3-5 working days.

*7 Days Return Policy*

At Zafinas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your jewelry piece, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and unworn, with all original packaging, tags, and documentation intact. The returned product must be the exact same item that was dispatched to you, with no alterations, damages, or signs of wear. We won't accept returns if the product has been tampered with, resized, or if the hallmark or certification is missing. If we receive a return that doesn't meet these conditions, we'll reject the return and notify you. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery, and we'll guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
